Kim is originally from New Zealand but has lived in the lower mountains for over 20 years. Although she has traveled extensively, she still loves coming back to this area which she shares with her own family. She started her career in hospitality and then moved into the travel industry before leaving to assist her parents in running their own business. She has over 30 year’s experience working with the public, and is looking forward to sharing her knowledge and experience assisting clients with the team at Dukes Estate Agents.
Laura was born and raised at the foot of the blue mountains and has lived in the region all of her life. She was educated locally and completed an Honours Bachelor Degree in Visual Communication from Western Sydney University (formally UWS). During her studies she worked as a photographer and editor, shooting the runways at Sydney Mercedes Benz Fashion Week for 3 consecutive years. She also completed internships at both fashion magazine Harpers Bazar and digital design agency Design Identity. It was also during this time that she began working as wedding photographer’s assistant and has since developed her skill set becoming a primary shooter and photographic post production editor for the business. All of these professional experiences have cemented her passion for photography, technical skill set and experience in providing outstanding customer service. She looks forward to working with the team at dukes to provide exceptional visual imagery and design.
After 35 years as a legal secretary, Maureen gained extensive knowledge in law. Client contact was a very important part of her daily work and it was something in which she excelled. Maureen joined the Dukes team as an administrative assistant approximately three years ago. Her objective being to gain real estate experience which she knew could be achieved at Dukes Estate Agents with their in house training program thus gaining her certificate. Over this time Maureen has worked in both the Penrith and Emu Plains offices in the best interest of our clients.
Barry Dukes has been a long standing local resident in the Nepean Region for all of his life. Barry is known to a lot of people in the area due to his commitment in many different areas. Firstly entering the workforce as a tool maker then turning his hand to 25 years within the motor industry, and now working within his sons business.
Kate Dukes is described as extremely passionate about everything she does, from raising three gorgeous children, to competing in the gruelling ironman triathlon events and running a successful business. We have a very clear vision and culture within dukes estate agents and that is to have the most driven, knowledgeable and hardworking people in the real estate industry. We are always completing ongoing education and training with the very best leaders and trainers on the planet, we are always striving to be unique and embrace our boutique brand and marketing.
Fiona has mainly concentrated her work career around the Home Furnishings retail industry in the Penrith district for a great part of her life. Then, more recently branched into pharmacy where she built up a wonderful rapport with the local community in the lower mountains and worked here for over 11 years. Recently, Fiona and her husband sold their home through Dukes Estate Agents and she decided to work for the company, due to the pleasant, wholistic experience with such a professional team. Fiona loves living in the Lower Mountains with her husband, where they have successfully raised their now, three adult children. Danielle comes to dukes with a wealth of training and knowledge of customer service, having worked at one if the big 4 banks for over 14 years. Its was during this time, and her subsequent roles in marketing and admin, that she gained her excellent customer service and team leading experience. Living locally in the penrith region whilst raising a family for the past 16 years, she is hard working and dedicated to providing the best levels of customer satisfaction to dukes clients.
Caitlin’s friendly and approachable personality teamed with a drive for success differentiates her from other property management professionals. So passionate is Caitlin about her role at Dukes, she takes pride in facilitating communication between landlords, tenants and tradespeople alike, committed to maintaining a high level of customer service. Just a short time after starting with Dukes, Caitlin was promoted to Property Manager and continues to improve in her role achieving brilliant results equal to competitors with many more years experience!
Philip Habib joins us at Dukes after a successful 13 year run with his previous office where he was the Senior Property Manager overseeing a large and successful property management team. Philip has been appointed to bring his leadership and mentoring skills to further enhance our already highly skilled property management team. Philip has built a high level reputation over 15 years for his exceptional customer care as well as his extensive knowledge base of residential property management in addition to this he loves the daily grind of working through property management day to day issues, this is why we are delighted to have him on board.
